CALLING ALL BIKE LOVERS!
If you are an Island County resident who would like to see more safe and interconnected trails, bike lanes and sidewalks in our community, this is the opportunity to have your ideas and opinions heard!
Island County is pleased to be hosting three upcoming public meetings to gather input for the update to the Transportation Element of the Island County Comprehensive Plan.
•Tuesday, February 18th – 6pm-8pm
Whidbey Island Community Education Center – 5611 Bayview Road — Old Bayview School
•Wednesday, February 19th – 6pm-8pm
Oak Harbor Branch of the Sno-Isle Library – 1000 SE Regatta Drive – Oak Harbor
•Thursday, February 27th – 6pm-8pm
at the Camano Multi-purpose Center – 141 NE Camano Drive – Camano Island
County staff and their consultant team will be at each meeting to discuss the existing transportation conditions in the County and to get your feedback on what changes you would like to see in the future. A brief presentation will begin at 6:30, followed by an interactive exercise and an opportunity to ask questions.
Thanks to our members and friends for attending these and helping us help the county with your questions and opinions – SEE YOU at one or all of these events!
