Mussels in the Kettles is an annual ride through glacier carved trails on Whidbey Island and provides biking for all age and level riders. Trail maps for the ride can be found here.
The Whidbey Island Bicycle Club puts safety first. This ride is supported by the Whidbey General Hospital Emergency Medical Services. Riding in Mussels in the Kettles requirers a helmet and a safely working bike. Gear required for this ride are proper shoes and layers of clothes in preparation for mild to chilly temperatures. Routes are designed for all level riders. Bring the kids, the family, friends and neighbors for a great time on Whidbey.

Non-competitive Mountain Bike and Poker ride on Whidbey Island. Three routes: Easy 7.75 miles with double track, Moderate 9.75 miles single and double track, and Expert 11.25 miles technical single track, and a out of bounds area for serious riders.
First 250 adult registered riders receive a pair of socks.All Adult riders receive a free beverage at the Mussel Fest tent, at the Wold Famus Mussel Fest party, March 8th 2014 in down town Coupeville WA.Kids riders will receive an Ice Cream cone at a local Ice Cream shop.
